Will you vote to Protect Penalty Rates?

The Federal Election is coming up on Saturday 2 July. Are you ready to vote to protect penalty rates?

Here’s what you need to know before you head to the polling booth:

  • Where does my local candidate stand on penalty rates? Click here to find out. 
  • Where can I vote? Follow this link to the Australian Electoral Commission website and then enter your postcode to find a polling booth near you. 
  • What time can I vote? Most booths run from 8am – 6pm (but check with the AEC website for your local booth details).
    With many Protect Penalty Rates supporters working on weekends, make sure you time it so you can cast your vote. If you can’t get to a booth, make sure you vote early
  • Where do the major parties stand on penalty rates?
